Hello, I’m from the UK and we use the Poly 8225 black wire headset. when used with our HP devices the headset works fine. But when used with a new Dell latitude 3520 and dell docking station we have issues where the microphone periodically stops working. do you know of any issues with the poly headsets working with these dell laptops.
I have not heard of any issues occurring with a headset when switching computers. Below are a few steps you can take to resolve your issue:
- Download Plantronics Hub and check for an update
- Restart your computer
- Check your computer sound settings to make sure the input and output devices are both set to the headset.
